Linear Clock
Delete your account
In the app
- Open Linear Clock → Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and review the confirmation.
- If the account is linked to Apple on iOS, complete Apple's confirmation. Linear Clock must receive a valid identity token and authorization code, reauthenticate Firebase, and revoke the Apple authorization before deletion begins.
- Keep the app open until it confirms completion. A cancellation, missing token/code, reauthentication error or revocation/network failure before deletion leaves the account and synchronized settings intact so you can retry.
If you cannot access the app
Email hello@calendria.com from the address associated with the account, with the subject “Linear Clock account deletion request.” State whether you also want separately keyed referral/device-trial or support records reviewed. Calendria may ask for limited verification before acting. Never send your password, authorization code or payment-card details.
What the in-app action deletes
- The current Firebase Authentication account.
- The current user's synchronized settings document, when the authenticated Firestore deletion succeeds.
- Linked Sign in with Apple authorization on iOS, when applicable, after Firebase reauthentication and before Firebase data deletion starts.
What requires a separate action or may be retained
- Device-local settings, Journey data, Today records, selected photo copies, histories, notifications and caches are erased separately under Settings → Privacy & Data or by removing the app.
- Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through the store.
- Referral-install, device-trial and fraud-prevention records may be keyed to install/device identifiers rather than the account UID. Ask for review in the email request if relevant.
- Provider-managed billing, consent, authorization, security, legal and backup records may remain under applicable retention requirements.
