Support
Contact
Email hello@calendria.com. Include your phone model, operating-system version, Linear Clock version/build, the feature involved and the exact error text. Screenshots are helpful, but remove private calendar, location or account details first.
Never email a password, Apple/Google authorization code, payment-card number or full exported data file unless support specifically explains a secure need.
Private build will not install
- Confirm the Apple or Google account on the device is the same account enrolled in the test.
- Open the original TestFlight or Google Play private-test invitation and accept access before opening the store page.
- Check network access, available storage, operating-system compatibility and whether the test build is still active.
- Capture the store error and build number. Do not repeatedly uninstall if a working copy contains local data you need; first use Settings → Privacy & Data → Export my data when available.
App will not open
Restart the device and try once more. If it still fails, send the build number, device/OS and whether the failure happens before or after the Linear Clock splash screen. Private builds can expire or be replaced; support must verify the currently attached test build before recommending removal.
Journey, widget or watch issue
State whether Linear Clock was foregrounded, which permission was granted, the widget size or watch model/OS, and whether the phone and watch were reachable. Journey live progress is intentionally foreground-only and pauses while another Maps app is open or the phone is locked.
Account and privacy
Local export/erase controls are under Settings → Privacy & Data. Online account deletion is under Settings → Account. If you cannot access the app, follow Account deletion. Store subscriptions are managed separately in Apple or Google Play.
