Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Linear Clock, operated by Calendria Inc. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Linear Clock visualizes time and provides optional calendar, notification, Focus Session, Scheduled Timer, Journey Mode, widget and watch features. You are responsible for your device, accounts, permissions, settings and lawful use of the service.
Not a safety-critical service
Times, alarms, reminders, traffic estimates, routes and arrival predictions may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Do not rely on Linear Clock for emergencies, medical needs, safety-critical travel or any situation where a missed alert could cause harm. Follow local laws and do not interact with the app while driving.
Subscriptions
Linear+ Lite, Linear+ Plus and Linear+ Unlimited are auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period and any trial are shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google subscription settings before renewal. Store rules govern cancellation, refunds, billing grace periods, upgrades and downgrades. Restoring purchases rechecks the entitlement attached to your store account.
Advertising and rewarded access
The free service may show ads after onboarding and the applicable consent flow. Active Linear+ Lite, Linear+ Plus and Linear+ Unlimited subscriptions are ad-free. A completed rewarded ad may unlock temporary features or a Premium Pass for the duration shown in the app. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be limited by availability, fraud controls or daily caps. Closing or failing an ad before the network confirms the reward grants nothing.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of information you enter or select. You grant Linear Clock the limited permission needed to process it for the features you choose. You must have the right to use any content you provide.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or advertising controls, automate fraudulent ad interactions, reverse engineer where prohibited, misuse referral systems, access another person’s information, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be limited by device or region, require third-party services, or be discontinued. We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Calendria Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, legal requirements or material breach. Ending use does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction.
